Over and Above! I can't say enough about the service I received at Classic Honda! It began with concern for me after running over a piece of metal on I-20. I was still shaking when Red took charge of me and my Honda CRV. I was simply passing through Midland on my way to visit family in Abilene. He arranged for a rental car, dealt with appraisers and insurance companies, and made sure my car was returned good as new and on time. He even insisted that I text him when I finally returned to my home, safe and sound, in California. Trust me, if I lived in or near Midland, my service provider would be Red Andress and Classic Honda. More

Warranty paint work My paint was in poor shape due to a manufacturer's defect. Great Service Experience Not only did this service team take care of my car and complete the service in a timely manner, the service manager realized that the wrong tires were Not only did this service team take care of my car and complete the service in a timely manner, the service manager realized that the wrong tires were put on my car. These tires were actually much better tires than I was expecting to purchase. You would expect that this is where a dealer ship would ask you to pay the difference and spend more money that planned. David and Stephanie went above the call and offered the better tires at the same price that I was going to pay for the mid-level tire. They were concerned that I would have to wait for them to correct the mistake and did not want to cause me any further wait time. I can not tell you how much I appreciate their courtesy and care. This act has earned the loyalty of this customer. This type of service and care are rare in our community at this time. Thank you David and Stephanie for going above and beyond. More

The Incorrect vehicle information was recorded. Mileage incorrect by about 20k miles. Not sure how that was overlooked. Wrong customer name, address, etc. More

Classic Honda's service made the replacement process as easy as possible. Prior to dealing with Classic Honda, we heard good things about their service department, and we agree. Most recently, our family took in our Honda for its regular maintenance for its 60k service and had another great experience, especially for West Texas where customer service can sometimes be sub par.
