He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of, an Red is the BEST service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of, and keeps me updated on progress if my vehicle there more than a day. I will never deal with anyone else. The service is outstanding The service department is the reason we bought out last vehicle from Classic Honda. They are honest, calm, and friendly. I had taken my CRV in for a rattling noise. Red tried starting and driving my car several times at different times of day. Of course, my car wouldn't make the noise. I had gone to pick it back up thinking I was imagining things. When Red was driving my car into the garage for me to take home, heard the noise. He immediately took my car back into the garage so the repair tech could hear and see what was wrong. I was so thankful that Red didn't ignore the problem for me to have to handle at a later date. They are thorough and genuinely nice people. More

Promise a lot- Fail to deliver My vehicle was owed to this dealer for repairs after a water incident, I was called three weeks after the vehicle was towed and told it was ready. W My vehicle was owed to this dealer for repairs after a water incident, I was called three weeks after the vehicle was towed and told it was ready. When I arrived, the check engine light was on and it wasn't before the incident. The vehicle still reeked of mold/mildew and the windshield was not cracked. Two weeks later, I was called again and told the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the windshield was broken, a fog lamp had not been replaced and the gas tank was empty. The tank was full when I took the vehicle in and 150 miles had been put on the vehicle. When I test drove my vehicle, there was a whining noise from the passenger side drive shaft so I returned the vehicle to the dealership. After 2 months and 3 returns, the vehicle was finally ready for pickup. The dealer refused to repair the windshield that was broken while at their dealership. If you ave to use them as a last resort, they will finally get the repairs correct, but I will no longer use their services nor purchase a vehicle from them. More

They did a phenomenal job resolving every issue and Toney, one of their Service Managers, was on point with taking care of me and ensuring a had a great experience. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for taking care of me, helping me with some pricing, and fixing all my issues. emergency service need On a recent family road trip from Phoenix to Dallas our 2016 Honda Pilot acted up on the highway. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the v On a recent family road trip from Phoenix to Dallas our 2016 Honda Pilot acted up on the highway. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the vehicle began jerking and hesitating. We quickly pulled off the road shut the car off for a few minutes and started it back up. Car began to drive ok but emissions fault code remained on dashboard. We had several more miles of our trip to go and were worried. We stopped at the Honda dealership in Odessa but they could not help us because their master mechanic had already left for the day. We then made our way to the Honda dealership over in Midland, TX. Toney the service rep took great care of us. The code reset and they checked everything out and ensured us that the vehicle was ok for continued travel. Mike and Red also were very helpful. I really appreciate the service extended to us at this dealership. They had us in and out in about 30 minutes or so. More
