Compassionate and Willing to Go the Extra Mile Lucy and the folks at Classic Honda stepped up to help me even though they had no openings and no wiggle room in their busy schedule. I had just come from the U-Haul store where I had planned to pick up a trailer for my daughter's move to New Mexico in preparation for her upcoming wedding. I was in a panic because the U-Haul employee had told me that my lights were not working properly which would bar me from getting the trailer. Classic Honda in Midland had installed the trailer hitch on my Pilot about 2 yrs before, but I had never used it....I was very concerned that my trip would be delayed and was obviously upset when I entered the dealership office. Instead of turning me away or just keeping my car to be seen the next day, Lucy listened carefully to my story and problem and then did a wonderful job arranging for a technician to quickly check the lights and fuses. The quick check revealed nothing wrong but a faulty connector, and I was on my way within 20 mins.. She and the very knowledgeable technicians even took me back and showed me that each light worked properly which eased my anxiety. Thank you to the team at Classic Honda :) More
Best Service in the Permian Basin Not to be too long winded but Toney is the best. Fast fix for my Oops! I took my passenger mirror off while backing out of the garage on a Friday morning. Not just the cover, the WHOLE mirror...it was dangling. At lunch t I took my passenger mirror off while backing out of the garage on a Friday morning. Not just the cover, the WHOLE mirror...it was dangling. At lunch time, I took it into Classic Honda to see what they could do to help me temporarily and see what it would cost to fix permanently. My car was intended to be used for a business trip the following Monday. Lucy checked with Parts and was able to get me the part I needed delivered Saturday and fixed same day. We had planned on being in Abilene for the day Saturday so Lucy took payment over the phone and allowed me to pick up the car after Service hours at the main dealership, We are SO grateful for the friendly, fast service we got and their willingness to get us fixed sooner rather than later. More

best parts department ever I came to Classic Honda to get a part for my 2006 Honda Accord. The parts manager greeted me at the counter and as I explained my problem he was writi I came to Classic Honda to get a part for my 2006 Honda Accord. The parts manager greeted me at the counter and as I explained my problem he was writing something down. When I asked him what he was writing , he said he was writing down the part numbers and would pull them from stock if I wanted them. when I asked him how he knew all those numbers , he just shrugged his shoulders and said " I have been doing this for a long time . " After I purchased the parts , I checked his numbers and every one of them was correct ! I was very impressed . I would recommend Mr. Nichols and his staff to any Honda customer who wants expert advice and professionalism. More

Two Cars and Two Problem Visit I have two cars, a Fit and an Element. I brought in the Element first for an oil change and a state inspection. I turned over my insurance card to the service writer. The service and inspection went OK, but when I got home (150 miles away) I didn't see the insurance card in the paperwork they gave me. I expected that the service writer would find it and call me. Three days passed and I started calling. No body picks up the phone and no one would return my messages. Finally after a week, I called the big boss and he straighten things out. The second visit with my Fit, I bought tires (2) and gave specific instructions on how they were to be placed on the car. Also wanted an oil change. When they brought the car around the oil change had not been done and the tires were on wrong. I was supposed to get a call from the service manager about the tires, but he dropped the ball. I will go to El Paso for service from now on. More
