Great Service I brought my car is for my first service after I purchased it in November. I had an appointment at 7:30. I was at work by 7:40. Cecil was helpful and I brought my car is for my first service after I purchased it in November. I had an appointment at 7:30. I was at work by 7:40. Cecil was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to pick my car back up within an hour and a half. Nice job! More

Cecil was GREAT about getting the car in & started with the work & keeping me informed. The dealership could turn up the heat some in the waiting area but our weather temps are 80 one day & 43 degrees the next so they may have already switched to air conditioning. More

These words and more describe the excellence you can expect from Cecil, Aaron, and the staff at Classic Honda of Midland, Texas. Going in, my expectations were modest based on experiences with other dealers and service departments. The crew at Classic blew them out of the water. Not only did they thoroughly test my Honda CR-V to diagnose the symptoms I was experiencing, they provided additional and practical insight on how to improve my driving experience. They made me part of the formula for keeping my vehicle running in tip-top shape. That is not something you can expect from just any automotive shop, but you can expect it at Classic Honda. The video summary/overview of their inspection which was texted was very easy to access and understand. It enabled me to have a first hand grasp of the work being done on my car as soon as it was completed. Furthermore, they noted that both my engine air filter as well as the cabin filter were in need of replacement and shared photos of the dirty filters via text to allow me to better assess their condition. It was obvious that I needed new ones. Consent for replacement was also facilitated via text and I was given the option to accept or decline all or part of their recommendations with a simple push of a “yes” or “no” button. It couldn’t be much simpler and saved me a lot of time. Cecil also saved me money by applying a coupon that discounted one of the filters. That was a special touch. The icing on the cake was the detailing they performed of my Honda inside and out. They even scrubbed the very top of my little CRV! I haven’t been able to do that in a couple years. My little baby on four wheels was shining like brand new when I arrived to pick it up. That alone was enough to keep me smiling for hours afterward. Cecil, Aaron, and the staff at Classic Honda, thank you for the pleasant surprise and thank you for earning my repeat business! More

I was sent a video and audio of the mechanic doing the inspection of the car, and they didn't try and sell me anything at all (I do all my own services, and knew that nothing required service).
