Got there early and after a short wait, Ms. Garcia was able to get me processed. Came in for oil change, vehicle inspection and a couple other small issues. Was first car there that morning. Got issues taken care of no problem but only Shay, an advisor, was working the desk and was overwhelmed. Went to parts to get one of the minor issue parts ordered and had a delay in being helped. Did so, went back to front and waited some more. Shay was apologetic and very nice. The people I dealt with were very friendly and profession but circumstances (folks calling in sick) and systems seem to let down the customer experience. I work closely with the local Mazda dealership for service on other car and hands down much more efficient. More

It took two visits to get the right air bags put in the car. I called to set up an appointment to get the car in to service for three days and no one answered the phone.
