When West Texas temps got too hot for my kids and me to be safe in the car without AC, I finally caved and took my car in to have the AC issue diagnosed. This pandemic is not the most convenient time to ha be safe in the car without AC, I finally caved and took my car in to have the AC issue diagnosed. This pandemic is not the most convenient time to have a major vehicle expense, so I was really stressed out. There seems to be a belief that dealerships will take advantage of you, but Classic Honda did everything in their power to keep costs low for me. Jessica was really patient with me as I had a minor meltdown in the service office, scheduled an Uber to take me home while I waited, and kept me updated during every step of the process. She even collaborated with her manager to try a lower cost option first. I can tell this office truly cares about their customers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to consult with them first if my car has issues again in the future. More
