Classic Honda of Midland - Service Center

I took my car to Classic Honda for regular service FrIday, 10-2-2020. It was the single best service experience I have ever experienced here, and I’ve been bringing my car here for five years. I would have sworn off this dealership in the past, to include times in the past two years, due to undesirable experiences; however, they are the only Honda dealer around. Thankful! that I came back. My experience yesterday was phenomenal. They did the usual oil change, and Matthew Wallace suggested I bump it up to include a flush due to the age of / mileage on my vehicle. They also rotated and balanced my tires. I had purchased these tires at the dealership where I purchased this Honda (Rusty Wallis) last year, and they transformed this car such that the ride was the best I’ve had since owning the car. Lately that ride had sorta trailed off. Between the flush and the rotating and balancing, my car drives like a dream - so much so that I wondered if I was imaging things. I told my husband, Wayland Webb, because he has been in and about the business of automobiles since before we married. He is driving it now, and he just told me, “You weren’t imaging things. It drives much better!” I have to say: Thank you! Thank you to Matthew Wallace as well as to all those in the mechanic shop who worked on my car or managed the job. The job you’re doing is a very important one! Your knowledge and expertise as well as your execution of the same is vital to your customers. It Keeps us safe while on the road, and it prolongs the life of our vehicles. My husband and I appreciate you. More

Matthew was wonderful! He helped me get an oil change in a rapid and efficient manner! I also appreciate the mechanic who changed my oil so efficiently. On short notice the service department was able to get my truck diagnosed and repaired with a quick turn around.
