Recall & General Maintenance I took my Pilot in for recall, strange noise, oil change, tire rotation, new filters and wipers. They completed the services and the oil change and tire rotation price was great! My only complaint is they advertise a free car wash with every service. I left my car for 4 days and they didn't wash it - which is ok - but would have been nice. Staff was friendly and they didn't charge me for any services I didn't need. More

Mechanic did not perform the tire rotation as requested I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car to the dealership I marked 2 front tires with a whiteout. I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car to the dealership I marked 2 front tires with a whiteout. Upon receiving my vehicle I check the tires to see if they were rotated, and they weren't rotated. This issue has been communicated to Acura customer service, as well as the Honda. I will do whatever it takes to ensure that this unscrupulous dealership/service department gets dealt by their district service manager. More

I have gone there for years because the service dept is the friendliest, most reliable and honest group I've ever dealt with - and I've dealt with quite a few! Gus Junker is a delightful man who knows his business. And Rodney was very helpful in scheduling and taking my payment. I highly recommend this dealership for their speed, accuracy, friendliness and cost of doing the work! More
