They covered all costs associated with the labor and materials it took to get our vehicle back on the road. Even though we were paying cash, it took time in signing the documents. I did the negotiating with George Rodriguez. He was very friendly over the phone but when we were in the dealership, he did not ever acknowledge us. I feel the price was very comparable to Fort Worth pricing. More

They know that I commute via air between Dallas and Midland weekly I was so pleased at the service that I received today at Classic Honda of Midland! They know that I commute via air between Dallas and Midland weekly and really depend on them when my Civic needs service, and that my time schedule is pretty tight. They made time to do an oil change and tire rotation for me today when I came in at about 4:50 PM from the airport, despite having other cars to work on that were left before I arrived. Dax Riley was my salesperson and I have to admit I was really impressed with his conversational/people skills. The whole process was seamless and hassle free. My wife and I never felt rushed or anything. If you are looking for a vehicle to purchase, I would highly recommend Dax. This "kid" has the world ahead of him, has a good head on his shoulders, and is a ball of potential waiting to happen. A true asset. Art was our finance manager and he too made the experience worth it. Very friendly and insightful. My only beef with this place is that they didnt have floor mats in my used vehicle and my parents had just bought a vehicle through them a week earlier with the same thing... no mats. Its not a deal breaker by any means though. Mats are cheap and the ones I bought are probably better than the ones I would have gotten. More
