I was introduced to the sales manager, the general manager, the financial manager, and even eventually, the owner of the dealership itself. All of my questions were answered honestly and clearly and even after the longer test drive, I didn't feel pressure to buy. I know I will enjoy doing future business--sales and service--with Classic Honda of Midland. Because it was raining on the day of the final sale, I was even assured that when I brought the car back, once the weather cleared, the car would be detailed as a new car should be.
