It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.
With such inspiring leadership and a history full of automotive triumphs, Classic Honda was well-equipped for success when it was established in 1978. Jay Banks I went to the dealer for a warranty air bags that I receive in the mail, the 1st advisor was Fernando Nunez that I met personally send me home becaus I went to the dealer for a warranty air bags that I receive in the mail, the 1st advisor was Fernando Nunez that I met personally send me home because he need to order the part which I understood. I took more than 16 weeks until I heard from him because I call him leaving 2 Messages with out him call me back in my 3er call he try to tell me that he just got the parts today, like I believe that but I made the appt. when I got to the dealer I met Mr. Jay Banks he didn't have none information of me plus I could tell when a selling department is trying to pass the freebies to another rep that's is what mr. Fernando did. Well I am glad I met Mr. Jay no only he did a great service but took care put all my info in the system and put the car for service, no excuses, no problem. Great Customer service for mr. Jay Banks but Mr. Fernando Nunez need to go back to 101 customer service school and you need to take the freebies as well the productions, some of us can tell the difference. More

Also, great thanks to sales manager Ali who took care of me and give me the right price for my trade in. Dane is a great salesman, he encouraged me at times I got weak and almost lost faith in getting approved for loan. He always tell me you going to drive out with your new car today.
