Gary Bowen is a true professional!! I was fortunate enough to be assigned Gary Bowen as my sales person when I walked into Classic Honda to look at obtaining a new car. Gary exhibited patience, honesty, professionalism, product knowledge and a sincere regard for my best interests, not the dealerships. That was truly a unique experience for me because of my many, and I mean many past interactions with car dealerships. Every time Gary made a statement, it was factual and truthful. He was never "Pushy" or inpatient. Again, it was THE MOST pleasant car buying experience for me EVER! First car purchase is 23 years I requested information online for a 2016 crv and best price quote. An appt. was made and the car was pulled up front for me to test drive as soon as I requested information online for a 2016 crv and best price quote. Gary Bowen was my sales rep and I have to say he was extremely patient with me and all my quirks and questions and inspections and all my "what ifs", as I had not bought a car in 23 years. I was still driving my 1994 Honda Accord. He spent a lot of time with me as I was unsure of letting my car go. The sales manager gave me a fair trade in value and he and Gary addressed my concerns satisfactorily. The only issue I had was coming in three times to correct an error on the financing papers, but the General Manager and all concerned were very apologetic and even offered to come to me for the corrections. Even personnel I had not met asked me how I was liking my new CRV. All were very respectful, nice , and helpful in this experience. I did not feel pressured at any time! I had to apologize to Gary that he was the one that got me; as I may have put him "through the mill". I am very picky and had only a million questions for him.. Things have really changed in 23 years!!. I love my new CRV and the process that I was not looking forward to was really a very pleasant one. Thank you so much!!
