He was detailed and took the time to review my service contract to make sure everything was in place. I didn't wait very long. It may be because the salesmen get paid hourly not by commission so I kinda felt ignored. Nobody likes pushy salesmen but having to ask for a manager to assign me someone felt awkward. After talking numbers, I don't know why it took 3 days for them to agree on a price, I guess upper management had to approve and finally we made a deal on a new 2016 Honda Odyssey. They definitely have a different calm non forceful way to do business but I will tell you that everyone involved was friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Classic Honda to anyone. Ask for Alexis Zapata, he is the best sales associate! More

Taking care of my Pilot I set up an appointment with Jay Banks to have the 60,000 service done on my Pilot, oil change, transmission fluid, etc. plus I needed rear brakes. I I set up an appointment with Jay Banks to have the 60,000 service done on my Pilot, oil change, transmission fluid, etc. plus I needed rear brakes. I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time, but the service team got me in and got working my vehicle. I told Jay that I had a coupon for brakes from another Honda dealer and he worked it out so I got the same price. I relaxed in the comfy waiting room, enjoyed coffee and cookies while I waited. The service team had all of the work completed in under 3 hours which included washing the exterior of the car and vacuuming the interior. A big thank you to Jay and the entire service team! More
