It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.

On the Road Again I went to Classic Honda to get an oil change before heading to New Orleans. When I pulled into the Express Service Bay, I was immediately greeted by I went to Classic Honda to get an oil change before heading to New Orleans. When I pulled into the Express Service Bay, I was immediately greeted by Jay Banks. Jay accompanied me to the Service Center and after hearing my plans and checking my mileage, he recommended a front-end alignment as well as the oil change. Jay was pleasant and professional, and I felt confident knowing that my Honda Civic would be fully checked out before I made that 640 mile road trip. When I mentioned to Jay that my highway mileage had dropped from 44 mpg to 38 mpg, he advised me to get the fuel injection system taken care of when I return home. I would defenitely refer my friends and family to Classic Honday, and I will certainly tell them to ask for Mr. Jay Banks. More

Easy, Pleasant Experience I went to Classic Honda after looking for cars the day before. I wasn't looking forward to another day of haggling with the salesman. Immediately Jose Mateo welcomed me and told me how Classic Honda was different. He told me Classic Honda would give me their best offer from the beginning and give me great value for my trade in vehicle. He showed me around and I saw a car I liked and took it for a test drive. Within no time I was given a better interest rate then the loan I was preapproved for by my credit union and the details were worked out. It took only a few hours to buy a new car with Classic Honda. I really did appreciate the great customer service provided by Jose Mateo. I highly recommend going to Classic Honda for a worry free, enjoyable car buying experience and ask for Jose Mateo. More
