It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. We're proud to say we're still going strong because of it!
Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.
With such inspiring leadership and a history full of automotive triumphs, Classic Honda was well-equipped for success when it was established in 1978. Classic Honda is one of the top car dealers here in Orlando... I have known the sales manager Bill McKelvey for about 4 years now and he has never said no to me for anything. Always helping me with a n Orlando... I have known the sales manager Bill McKelvey for about 4 years now and he has never said no to me for anything. Always helping me with a new car & trade in but always there to laugh and joke with. Bill took care of my trade & new car today along with Enrique who also jokes and takes his time with all the customers. They are both very pleasant and treat my wife with respect, which is a huge plus for me. Angelo who is in the Service department is my go to person for all service, parts & Honda related info. He is always there to help, chat or point me in the right direction. Reggie the GM does an excellent job with keeping all the staff on their heels when it comes to Customer Service. He always shakes my hand and we talk about our families before anything is said about Honda or my purchase. This is the way to run a business, it keeps your Customers coming back because they know he cares. Can't say enough about Reggie and the Classic Honda Dealership !!! Pat A More
