Customer Service Oriented My whole experience with Tysinger was great and worth the drive from Virginia Beach. The pricing was great but even more important was the sales team My whole experience with Tysinger was great and worth the drive from Virginia Beach. The pricing was great but even more important was the sales team focus on customer service. Never did I feel like I was being pressured by the team. I asked for more time to think through the offer and they obliged without the hint of annoyance. Instead they were accommodating and offered an overnight test-drive if I needed it. The team shows full respect for the customers time. Joe offered the option of completing paperwork the next day with less of a wait which was great. When their own finance staff was backed up Minu walked me across the parking lot to see Keita at Mercedes Benz who completed my finance paperwork. While not working with Demetrius he was a big help too when I needed to get the loan company's address for insurance information. Minu made sure the delivery experience was great and answered all questions and showed the basics before I left the lot. Overall the team is very open and is a great example of staff working together as a team to provide superb customer service. Without a doubt I happily recommend Tysinger Hyundai. More

Very pleasant experience! I just carried my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq in for the first service. The only thing wrong with the car was that the button on the mirror to access informat I just carried my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq in for the first service. The only thing wrong with the car was that the button on the mirror to access information was extremely difficult to engage. The first visit they changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the car over. Mark Stephens, the service manager, informed me that they would have to replace the mirror which contained the information buttons and he would order one. Two days later the mirror came in and I had it installed today. Everything works fine, and Frank (mechanic) took the time to show me how to get into the car should the battery in the Key FOB die. I was most impressed with Mark Stephens. He has a great attitude and made the service experience most pleasurable. I thank him for his attentiveness and willingness to get the mirror problem resolved in a most efficient and most timely manner! More
