Don’t work on service advisor named Rachel if you don’t like to get stress and stuck their for 6 hours because she doesn’t do her job because she was busy on her cellphone and setting down. My wife brought our car for state inspection and get the auxiliary battery check. My wife and my kids stuck their for 6 hours they missed lunch and stuck in traffic. Because Rachel told her that it takes 2 hours, but after 2 hours my wife never heard from her my wife found out that she went to lunch and when she came back she told my wife wait for 30 minute before she will find out the status and then she told my wife that it need to change the battery and she never update my wife if our salesman don’t help my wife about the status of our car maybe that still over there. She never do her job . I don’t know why she still on this job. Service manager I hope you do something on this person. More

Major issue with Smart car Agian I am still having stall issues with this Smart. I bought a rental Tysinger used. The check engine light comes on and there is a service due 190 days a I am still having stall issues with this Smart. I bought a rental Tysinger used. The check engine light comes on and there is a service due 190 days ago that come on. I was told I had to pay 599.00 to get the service due 190 days ago light off, not happy with this price or the fact that I was promised that light would be fixed by AJ Phillips on one of my visits when the gas tank had to be replaced he told me some items had to be replaced and that it would be covered. Very disappointed on this Smart purchase. More

He was patient and very knowledgeable when asked about the pros and cons of the lease options. We probably wouldn't have settled on our purchase if he had not helped us explore our options. Once settling on a vehicle we realized it wasn't exactly in our price range, but he worked with his Manager Chris Hicks and us to give us the best solution for our situation. They made it affordable for right now when we were just browsing and not looking to actually purchase for another month. We didn't think we could afford it, but they made it so we could. We couldn't be happier. When we transitioned over to the paperwork aspect of the purchase we were pleasantly surprised with the personable attention to detail given by Pam Turner. She made us feel so at ease during a sometimes nervous situation. When we were unsure she gave the best advice for our situation. She went above and beyond to convey her experience and connect with us on a personal level that really stuck with us. She took the extra time out of her day to stay late and make sure every form was complete and explained to us in a manner where we both felt comfortable. More

He was on top of everything and had a great attitude the whole time. The sales manager greeted us and was apart of the process from A to Z, which I have never experienced. He found a way to get us the best deal possible and thought of our future in regards to where we will be financially. I am going on 20 years in the Navy and the sales manager leadership was on point. I want to work for a team like this when I retire in August. Thank you all for the impeccable service and allowing us into your family. Oh, the car is amazing as well. We will be back in the future.
