They are the absolute best! Hands down. They were very professional from the beginning to end. Bobby is very knowledgable about this business and he explained everything in great detail from the financing to the features on the vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Sometimes it's not bout the money, but principle and how some people will go out their way to make things right or at least explain throughly why it can't be rectified, and these guys did no less than that. Love my new car!!!! I bought my first car from Tysinger Hyundai 4 years ago and knew when it was time to buy a new one I would come back. When I arrived at the dealership I bought my first car from Tysinger Hyundai 4 years ago and knew when it was time to buy a new one I would come back. When I arrived at the dealership Lloyd Francis found the car I wanted and most importantly at the price I could afford. I came back the next day to complete the paperwork and the finance rep mis read the paperwork and could not complete the deal and because it was new years eve I had to wait 3 days before I could complete the paperwork and when I arrived at the dealer I had to wait 2 hours before I could see the finance manager. The only reason I will return to this dealership is because of how well Lloyd took care of me. The car is amazing I just did not like all the extra waiting. More

He met me on Monday as he said he would and had the car in question ready to go for a test ride. Before we even talked price and my trade-in, he gave me a tour of the Service Facility, meeting several that were working. I was happy with what I received for my trade-in; more of a realistic value than the other dealership was going to give. Melissa in finance was great and I ended up with a great interest rate including Gap Insurance and extended warrenty. It was a good day all the way around. More
