I was sold a lemon Smart Car. The Smart Car I bought from Tysinger keeps stalling and breaking down. I was nearly killed on August 29, 2016 going to work due to a faulty gas tank. The car broke down again this morning and is still stalling, still leaking gas. Darrell at Mercedes told me that I am the fourth owner of this car and that all the previous owners had the same problem I am having with the engine and gas tank. Tysinger keeps telling me to bring the car by the dealership, but it is hard when the car keeps stalling. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I bought it and Tysinger does not care. Purchased a 2016 Veloster Turbo... got a great end of the model year deal !! traded in 2013 Veloster got a good trade in --plus Hyundai has some great rebates . my only problem was after i drove home , I had a question about something on my sales contract . I emailed the finance person that handed my financing and cc Mr Tysinger ... haven't heard back from anyone. So i called my credit union , got a hold of a loan officer and she explained it to me .. I shouldn't have had to do this. One 5 min. call would have took care of it !! More
