Demetrius was amazing. We had our 5 year old son and it was a very long day and he made that bearable by interacting with our son and attempting to keep him occupied. Demetrius made the whole experience bearable and made us feel like family. And that is hard to do with complete strangers. Pam was also professional and warm. Before we left she gave us both hugs which let's face it, that is a rarity these days. So thank you to all three mentioned. You all were very very busy from sun up to sun down but we both left stating when it's time for the hubby to buy a new car we know where we will go first. Many many thanks. More

I was looking to lease and due to a move wanted to trade the car in and finish the deal in two days. Chase was easy to talk to on the phone, sent me all of the information via email and text. This prep work was extremely helpful and allowed me to make the most of my limited time. When I arrived to look at the vehicles we discussed he had everything arranged and ready to go. We test drove two vehicles and made the deal that evening. They even stayed open a bit late to finish things up! Overall, it was as easy as car shopping can be. And I LOVE my new car! Audi A6! More
