Customer advisor made all the difference Upon my first visit to Tysinger, I  received quite an extensive maintenance service since I had recently purchaded my vehicle from a private owner and Upon my first visit to Tysinger, I  received quite an extensive maintenance service since I had recently purchaded my vehicle from a private owner and wanted to get it thoroughly checked out. My service date was February 28, 2017 and my appointment was with Michelle Jaynes who was not there the day I arrived. It took a few days do all the work to bring my vehicle to a ready status.  Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that I had been overcharged for one service and another service that I requested had not been done.  I notified Ms. Jaynes and she along with the help of another service representative worked to resolve the issues.  Ms. Jaynes was apologetic and extremely accommodating.   I was pleased with the results obtained by her. My second visit was yesterday and Ms. Jaynes, remembering what happened on my first visit,  went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
