Larry conducted a search of the entire Hyundai database to find one. We thought at first that we had found the one, but when we discovered that the color we wanted would not arrive in time to gift to our daughter. I have to mention the fact that the car was to be a birthday gift for my daughter who was turning 19 in just a couple of days from the date of this purchase. So time played a factor in the delivery of this car which was found in Florida, and I was very pleased with how I was kept in the loop of the process the entire time. Nevertheless, we decided on the color which I had initially picked or decided on from the start and that was the silver color. I would like to also mention the fact that my wife and I had decided from the very beginning that we were only going to Tysinger, that we were not going to any other dealership. My wife had been servicing her 2010 Journey at Tysinger and we only wanted to look and buy at Tysinger for this vehicle. This particular dealership is only a 20 minute drive from our home in Hampton. My daughter was very… very happy with her birthday gift and we were very happy with the deal and all of the folks, Mitch Sears, who did the initial sale, Larry Stevenson, who conducted the search for the color we wanted and Shaq, who did the final paperwork and was a very nice person to work with. He did not waste any time and had us out of the dealership in less than an hour. Mitch has called me several times since, to check to ensure everything is going well with the new car. We will be happy to buy again from Tysinger Hyundai, should the need for another vehicle arises. We have told all of our family and friends of the great deal and treatment we received at Tysinger Hyundai. More

Andy gave us a great and fair price on a 2012 Hyundai Azera. They did not have one in stock that had the Tech package on it, but found one at a dealer ship in South Carolina. We waited until they received one at Tysinger that they could trade for the one we wanted in SC. They were even able to get the exact colors we wanted which was Smoke Gray W/ Black interior. They even made arrangements for their car to be transported to SC and our car being transported back to Hampton. We only shared in a small portion of this additional cost. I would also like to mention that my wife and I went to four other dealerships before deciding to buy at Tysinger. One of these dealerships is less than one mile from our house in Virginia Beach and they would not discount one penny off of the MSRP. We will happy to travel to Tysinger again to buy another car at a later time because of the wonderful treatment we received. Mike Roberts was the person who did all the final paperwork and he also was a wonderful person to work with. He did not waste any time and had us out of the dealership in less than an hour time with him. He had called me at my home the day before and had explained every thing to me so there would not be any surprises when we picked the car up. We are now looking forward to working with the service department when our normal services are due. I have already called and ordered an extra item that we want for the car and was pleasantly surprised when they gave us a discount on the item. I will be telling all of our friends of the great deal and treatment we received at Tysinger. More
Yesterday, my wife and purchased a 2006 BMW 325i from Tysinger Motors, and we could not have been more pleased with the entire visit! From the moment my wife contacted them to as about the car to the moment I pulled off the lot with our car we were amazed. When we pulled up, Ed Burrows and Miles came out, well dressed, professional and courteous, to greet us, and they had the car sitting out front, ready for us to test drive. They where even nice enough to let me drive the car to test it while my wife staid with the children, then Ed took my wife for a ride while I watched the kids. They where all very kid friendly and played with our kids, never letting them bother them. They respected the fact that we came in with all the numbers, prices and loan ready to go, and they worked with us and got it where we wanted it and never pressured us at any moment. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. All-in-all we where there maybe two and a half hours and out the door with the car purchased and ready for the pick-up after the the final touches where made. Ed, Miles and the entire staff at Tysinger were awesome and we would highly recommend this dealership to all of our family and friends! Thanks Ed! Love this car! More

The above mentioned folks provided my wife and I with exceptional sevice and we look forward to working with them in the future! We did not have the opportunity to meet with Mr. Delano Bowens as he was tied up with another customer. The only problem we had, which in no way detract from the high opinion we have of these gentelmen, occurred when we were driving home with our new car. Approximately five miles from the dealership, we noticed the icon symbolizing low tire pressure was on.In addition a red outline of the car appeared with four red boxes. Inside the boxes were the tire pressures, which ranged 37 to 39 pounds pressure. Thinking these pressures were more than adequate, we pressed on and arrived home without incident. However, when we looked at the tire pressure label in the door jam, it said the pressures should have been 45 pounds in the front and 48 pounds in the rear. Using my compressor, I inflated the tires to the correct pressures and the warning icons went away. We bring this up to point out that there apparently was a glich in the cars preparation.
