The thing I liked best about Mike is I did not feel like I was being talked into buying a car, I felt like I was learning about my options. I began my car search online. Once deciding on a vehicle, I was referred to the area dealerships carrying the model I wanted. I was actively working via internet with three dealerships, two very lo vehicle, I was referred to the area dealerships carrying the model I wanted. I was actively working via internet with three dealerships, two very local and one approx. 50 miles away. I began working more closely with Summer Stowell at Tysinger Motors because she responded appropriately to my search quickly. I had requested a specific vehicle with specific options, in a specific color. The other dealerships sent me welcome emails with questions that I had already answered in my initial search message. It was as if they never even read my request. Summer responded back to me with the vehicles in her stock that fit my needs and wants. She asked new questions about my flexibility on options and if I had researched any other like-brands of vehicles. Summer is personable, kind, sincere and very knowledgeable, and that's just via email. She was patient with all my questions and quick to respond. We were negotiating price while one dealership was still asking me what color I wanted for the second and third times. The dealership 50 miles away rarely communicated with me at all. They simply sent me emails stating that once I found exactly what I wanted, I was to contact them and they would beat anyone's price and bring the car to me. They wanted the sale, but really weren't offering to do any of the work. I never met Summer face-to-face until I was ready to test drive. Once I met her and her sales manager Shak, I knew I didn't want anyone else to have my business. They earned my business with diligent work and sealed the deal with their wonderful personalities. Additionally, my business stays right here in my neighborhood, where the Tysinger family is famous for taking great care of their clients and their cars. After meeting Summer and Shak, I sent an email to the other dealerships letting them know that I was grateful for their time and effort, but that I had decided on another dealership. They really started emailing me then. Summer and the Tysinger team gave me a very fair deal on the vehicle I wanted, only differing from the one dealership by $11.00. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade. Everyone I met at Tysinger, even if only for a moment in passing, was friendly, courteous and seemed to be enjoying where they were. Some people you encounter exude the feeling that they would rather be anywhere else. I never saw anyone at Tysinger with that look or attitude. It is a pleasure to shop there. More
