My husband shopped around but knew I was in favor of Tysinger and they exceeded all the others in cars available on the lot and total customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with Bill Upton. He obviously knows his business and communicates it clearly. Who ever would have thought that I, a 70-year-old woman, would buy a RED car (I have named her "Scarlet")! Actually, it was the new front GRILL design and that TV commercial highlighting it, I have never experience a dealership that has such a customer service orientation that they not only care enough to have a living, lily pad pond, but have also enhanced their already spectacular rock hill vehicle display with a waterfall! Birch Purchase I met Jerrel on my 1st visit and he was friendly & helpful; went for a test drive. I called him 2 days later and asked him to check to see if the reb I met Jerrel on my 1st visit and he was friendly & helpful; went for a test drive. I called him 2 days later and asked him to check to see if the rebates had changed on the Santa Fe as August came in. He did not call me back w/that information. Bill Upton met me on my 2nd trip into the dealership and his professionalism & discernment was excellent. He suggested alternatives that I had not thought of and we are very pleased with our purchase. Bill is an asset to your dealership. Jerrel followed back up with us 3 weeks after we had made our purchase. More
