I had seen their used car inventory Friday on-line and a 2011 Mazda 3 caught my eye. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday and Mr. Mack Spain greeted me and had me on my test-drive in no time. I really loved the car's low mileage and features. He and Mr. Addie Mack worked with me and got me down to an affordable payment and a fair price for my trade... on a Saturday. I must say, this was the most pleasureable auto-buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles during 20 plus years of adulthood and this has been my most postitive by far! There was no overpowering pressure from Jay, he was very casual and relaxed with us. After talking and driving a car we went in and looked at the paperwork. The price I received for my trade in was excellent and the whole sales staff was very friendly and honest with us. I truly enjoyed my experience, the only reason I rated overall experience with a 4 is that my car was not clean when I left the dealership, even though Jay sent it to be cleaned. My windows were filthy and the car itself was not clean. I do not hold Jay accountable for that, short of cleaning it himself he truly has not control over those who do that job. Jay did tell me to bring it back to have it cleaned but due to the arrival of a new grandbaby and being out of town I have not had the chance to do that. I would definitely buy from them again, just need to find a place to have the vehicle cleaned.!!! Thanks Jay for everything. I am a very happy Ford owner!! More

When we got there, she introduced us to Leland "Jay" Bonnette who would be our sales person. I'm sure all of their sales people are great, but if you have a choice, I would highly recommend asking for Jay. He is totally down to earth, no high pressure sales pitches, able to answer all of our questions, worked up several different scenarios for us, handled the majority of the paperwork before sending us to the finance office, gave us a crash course in how to use SYNC, etc. all with a very patient attitude. You could tell he truly wanted to help us as best he could. The finance manager that we dealt with was equally as nice and knowledgeable. He worked with us to find the best warranty options, etc. for our needs. One of the owners of the dealership also spoke to us - once while we were in the process of purchasing the car to make sure all of our needs were being met and then right before we drove it off of the lot to thank us for our business. We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a new car. I highly recommend Classic Ford to anyone who's looking to buy a new car. More
