I can honestly say that I have NEVER received the type of customer service that I received at Classic Ford. My husband and I were looking for vehicles online and what I was looking for was there. I was very pleased with my experience at Classic Ford. I went there expecting to purchase a vehicle I saw on Autotrader, but to my disappointment, it was already sold. Ryan was more than helpful with putting my wife in a new vehicle. From the moment we walked in, he was not only helpful but extremely open to finding the vehicle that best fit my wifes needs. It had every option we requested and was priced below what i though was a fair deal. They gave us over 2k more in trade in for my wifes old vehicle (2006 Grand Cherokee) than the dealership down the road. When ryan gave us his best numbers, (trade in value/sale price on the new car) is was several thousands below what i had set in my mind i was willing to pay. This has been the 1st car buying experience where i was stress free and did not have to haggle for hours. Ryan impressed me to the point that he is currently looking for a new F150 FX4 for me. This is the second new vehicle I have bought at this dealership. Because they are easy to work with, and the employees help each other out with issue and or questions if they are not sure. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with a pre-approved bank check so no issues with them getting their money. I drove away a happy customer, then 3.5 weeks later I was still waiting for my l pre-approved bank check so no issues with them getting their money. I drove away a happy customer, then 3.5 weeks later I was still waiting for my license plates. I tried to call the sales manager Viet Lu and he NEVER retutrned my phone calls. Eventually, I contacted my financial institute who acted on my behalf and forced the dealership to mail me my license plate paperwork. I paid nearly $400 for "admin" fee and an additional $60 for license plate fee and this was the kind of service they provided me. totally unacceptable becuase my "temp tags" expired before i received my license plate leaving me in a bind because I could not drive the car due to their lack of caring and responsibility.
