There a big dealer but treat you more like a small town family dealership. I'm a mechanic by trade so I know my way around a vehicle, but my salesman Raymond really knew these F150's. Everything was explained very well in great detail. He will also work hard to find a vehicle in your budget. If you do get yourself a new Ford and it has the SYNC system in it, Eilena will help you set that up and explain how it's operated. The best part is she does all the registering on Fords website so you won't have to fool with it, you get to enjoy it right away.
