Service was incredible. We walked in there to test drive a 2011 ford Explorer 2wd with sunroof, and walked out with keys to a 2011 XLT 4 wd with Nav. Yolanda Taylor was great. We had planned to go test drive a Honda pilot, Ford Explorer and lastly a toyota 4 runner. We had test drove the pilot prior to arriving at Classic, just because the dealer was closer. Needless to say we didn't go to the other dealer to test drive the 4 runner. Yolanda let test drive one of the used 4runners on the lot. Even though it was a great vehicle, we were able to realize even the newer one wouldn't compete with the Explorer. I would differently recommend Any of my friends to do business with Yolanda at Classic Ford. Because of Yolanda Taylor and Mike Rowe I too have Swapped my Ride, and couldn't be happier. Thank You. Yolanda was prompt and corteous with her initial response to my query for a qoute. She went and found for me a rebate I didn't even know I qualified for. After applying online through USAA for a price quote on a brand new ford fusion, I recieved a call from Yolanda Taylor asking me about what kind of car I wanted. I was so suprised by the dedication and frien brand new ford fusion, I recieved a call from Yolanda Taylor asking me about what kind of car I wanted. I was so suprised by the dedication and friendliness I told her I would drive the 50 miles to Smithfield and take a look at their selection at the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership she went straight to work helpping me with all the paper work and the different cars they had avaliable. During this time she continued to be friendly and showed me what the cars had and what they had avaliable. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase, she helped me get the best deal possible. For example, she told me she can get me a loan for 0.0 interest with 1000 rebate but the 1.9 interest with 2500 rebate is alot better so I took that one. Throughout my whole stay at the Ford Dealership in Smithfield, NC every employee was friendly and did their best to get me the best deal. I reccommend this location for any USAA card holder and regular citizen. More

My husband and I have been to many dealerships looking to trade in our car. When we went to Classic Ford in Smithfield and met Marcus, we were welcomed with a person that was very polite and had had a good s trade in our car. His sales approach was great with a no pressure attitude. He showed us a few cars and when we got to the Ford Escape we knew that was the one. He even let us test drive it a few days. Needless to say, thats the car we bought. Jeff the sales manager was very nice and explained everthing in detail at the signing. Thats why we are rating this a Class A car lot! The price helped, too! The other dealers had salesmen who tried to "play" me. This kind of behavior is as transparent as it is insulting. I was also glad to find a dealer who has sales reps who are willing to offer a good price from the outset, instead of starting at an inflated number and then negotiating. I walked out of 2 other dealerships when they returned with their best price, and then said they could drop it. Obviously, the first figure was NOT their best price. I walked. When I picked up my ordered vehicle I was treated promptly, courteously, and professionally. Everything on the vehicle was prepared, cleaned, and set up. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Yolanda Taylor made this major purchase process an easy and positive experience. Thank you. More
