Oxford white with tan interior, also it had to be a 2020 model which there are only a few out at the time, but this did not deter my salesman Lou or his manager, they went above and beyond to find this car and in the process Lou kept me updated with the search.After finding the car and bringing my Daughter in for a test drive and her approval "haha" my Daughter and I were very surprised at how knowledgeable Lou was of the Escape and all the new features that are available on the new 2020s.It was a very good car buying experience. My 2010 Explorer overheated and had to be towed to your dealer. it arrived at 4:15pm and the service dept. normally closes at 5:00pm. Both Sam and Rick agreed to stay late to repair my vehicle. They ended up staying until 7:30pm so that myself and my grandchildren could travel the three hours back home. We arrived safe and sound.
