Our car needed an oil change, tire rotation, and the brakes checked. There ended up being an issue with a brake hose. They had to order the part. There was a little delay in getting the part. On 1/5/24 I took my 2016 Escape to have the oil changed and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up char and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up charging me $58.57 for misc. charges since the regular price was $89.99. I feel that I was duped since I was not informed that The Works was a gimmick to get me into the shop. I have used this particular dealer in the past and I always go away feeling I have been "had". This is my LAST VISIT TO CLASSIC FORD OF SHELBY. More
Employees are pleasant. However, did not receive courtesy car wash( it is a Lincoln dealership after all) and tire pressures were not checked as requested. However, did not receive courtesy car wash( it is a Lincoln dealership after all) and tire pressures were not checked as requested. More
This dealership is supposed to be able to service all makes of cars. But they obviously can’t. I took my 2019 Camry in to get new tires and an oil change. The wrong oil was put in and in the process of makes of cars. But they obviously can’t. I took my 2019 Camry in to get new tires and an oil change. The wrong oil was put in and in the process of replacing the tires the technician damaged the tire pressure sensor on the left front and replaced it with an aftermarket switch which they couldn’t program. I was sent to Toyota with the agreement from the service manager that they would pay for it. When I brought the receipt back to the service manager he refused to reimburse me. First of all he was pretty rude and uncaring about my satisfaction and after a shouting match with him he shoved me causing me to fall. I’m a 72 year old totally disabled veteran laying on the floor bleeding and no one from their staff offered any assistance. I was coerced into signing an agreement not to prosecute and they would give me my money back. No way to treat customers and no way for a manager to act. If it were possible to rate them with zero satisfaction stars they would get that! I’ve since read several reviews on their service department that prove they don’t care and have actually damaged other people’s cars. Randy Ledford 704 692-3289 More
