I had a great experience buying my new F150 from Classic Ford. I had the pleasure of intially working with Paul who helped identify my needs as to which vehicle, engine, transmision, and options I would ne Ford. Addie Mack then showed me the vehicles and helped me select between the 2 that I liked best. His patience was very well appreciated as I was torn between the 2. After deciding on the vehicle, negotiating was a piece of cake and I got what I realistically expected to from my trade. Addie was called away on a family emergency and Astaria stepped in to finish the deal and delivery of my nw truck without missing so much as a beat. She even delived my tag to my house after I forgot it at the dealer. Between the 2 of them, I received service above and beyond what is generally expected. Overall, my experience was superb, from beginning to end. i would definitely recommend buying a car from Paul, Addie, or Astaria. More

I feel the above rating is appropriate because Mr. Daniel Granger. He was most helpful, honest and had a good grasp of the cars I was considering for possible purchase. Mr. Granger located the 2011 Ford Edge I was originally going to purchase, however by the time I arrived to make the purchase it had been sold. Mr. granger worked very hard to find another suitable vehicle, that is when I decided to go ahead and purchase the Lincoln MKX. More

Our intention in visiting your dealership was to 'look' at the vehicles and maybe test drive one. But, after working with Larry Johnson we left with a new car. He was definitely interested in what we were looking for and took his time with us explaining the features, the service and worked with us on pricing. It was, in my opinion the best experience I have had in 'purchasing' a vehicle. From the first customer service person that we met as we entered the dealership to Larry Johnson, the finance person Roger and several other personnel our experience was 'great.' We have since had a follow up call from Larry checking to see if we had any other questions and making sure we are enjoying our new Lincoln. We gave Mr. Mack our specifications for the car that we would like to have. As per our request, he contacted us only by email until we were in the final stages of the sale. When we went to the dealership to see the car, Mr. Mack was very helpful in covering all aspects of the various functions on the car. Overall it was a very good experience.
