My husband and I purchased a '99 Jeep Wrangler from this dealorship. We expected repairs due to it being used. Classic Ford staff told us it was in good condition and they ran the "required checks" on the v dealorship. We expected repairs due to it being used. Conveniently, a couple of days after the 30 day warranty expired, there were issues with the Jeep. Again, we expected minor repairs, not electrical. The vehicle had major electrical damages that will cost us $1000+. It would take multiple upon multiple calls throughout the weeks to contact Larry Johnson and Drew Bauer. We would leave messages and maybe get a call back. For intance, Drew told my husband he would call us on Friday. No call was received. We called him again on the next day and he clearly forgot about calling us. We would ask him about our vehicle and if it is reparied, when can we pick up and so forth. He would have no idea. Larry Johnson was not much better. My husband and I both have jobs and we need two cars. They wouldn't even let us have a loaner during this trial. Then we were told the Jeep would be ready Monday. We show-up to pick-up our Jeep and it's not ready. It won't be ready until next Friday. They couldn't call us to tell us this? The dealorship is a good 20-30 minute drive from our home. So, we wasted time and money due to poor communication from Classic Ford. The only postive comment I can make is that they did aid in keeping the cost down on repairs to the vehicle. That is all. I am active duty military and I assumed they would understand the need for a reliable used vehicle. Military stay away from this dealership! They don't care about our service. My family and I wanted a honest sale, not the run-around. In Texas, this vehicle is called a lemon. More
My overall experience was great at the dealership. Karl was my salesperson and he was the most friendliest salesperson ive ever dealt with. While I waited he kept me company and talked to me and built a gr was my salesperson and he was the most friendliest salesperson ive ever dealt with. I am very pleased with the customer service that I received at this dealership. Everyone was professional and kind. For the first time, I feel like I made a great purchase on a car and didn't feel p received at this dealership. Everyone was professional and kind. Our overall experience with the people that worked with us at Classic Ford was a very positive one. Each individual was courteous, friendly, and able to answer specific questions about the truck we were in us at Classic Ford was a very positive one. Astaria has worked with us on line for several weeks as we narrowed down our specific model and was always positive and good about getting back to us with requested information without making us feel pressured in any way. Our only complaint isn't about a specific person, but, the procedure that caused us to sit and wait for one and a half hours from the time we completed the paperwork with the salesman to the time we were able to sit down in front of your finance person. We needed to pay our deposit and be on our way. We were not arranging any financing. I was literally walking to the door to leave your dealership when a finance person was finally available! This was COMPLETELY unacceptable as far as we are concerned. Please note that when we met with Tony he was polite and helpful like all the other members. Whatever procedure, or lack there of, that caused this extensive wait should be addressed immediately. More

For this purchase, I found the car I wanted on autotrader.com at Classic Ford. When I inquired about the vehicle it was a little confusing for me, the salesperson and the sales manager because, co autotrader.com at Classic Ford. When I inquired about the vehicle it was a little confusing for me, the salesperson and the sales manager because, come to find, the vehicle had been transferred to another dealer,the price listed on the ad was apparently incorrect, the auto check report (similar to Carfax) indicated a lien that had to be proven clear, and the seatbelt indicator light stayed illuminated and had to be serviced by Dick Smith Infiniti before I would take possession of the car. This felt like the normal run around and complications of working with a dealer whose interest in only the bottom line. I might add that although the vehicle may have been listed at an incorrect price that the ad remained on the internet on two sites even after the error was identified. But, for the positive part, what made the experience bearable were the people. I realize that most issues have resolutions. Communicating easily and frankly with the 2 salespeople, the sales manager and the finance manager was paramount to the entire process. Not one time did I feel they were mocking my novice automotive knowledge. I, unlike some buyers, knew what car I wanted, knew my credit score and what I wanted to afford. They just ran through the necessary documents and never acted exhausted or tired or like I was keeping them from something more important even if I was. (it was 9pm when I walked out)I cant say enough about the team and the atmosphere at Classic Ford. I appreciate that the atmosphere wasn't stuffy and I wasn't riddled in fear that men behind glass windows were laughing at my application and debating what ridiculous rate they were going to offer. As a woman, it's very important that we feel respected; it's what makes us feel confident about our decision to purchase a new car. Only suggestions for improvement is they could have offered me a free water (regardless of vending area) and not made me bang the gong - how embarrassing! More
The staff is friendly enough. To start with they called the dealership and made an appointment to see a vehicle. They then sold the vehicle before I got there. They found me another one that got to the dealership later then they said and never called to update. The vehicle they sold us broke down one month later and now I'm trying to get it taken care of. They tell you that they will get back with you and then seem to forget about you and you have to get their attention again or call them again. They are friendly but their service is bad and they are high priced. More

I had a great experience buying my new F150 from Classic Ford. I had the pleasure of intially working with Paul who helped identify my needs as to which vehicle, engine, transmision, and options I would ne Ford. Addie Mack then showed me the vehicles and helped me select between the 2 that I liked best. His patience was very well appreciated as I was torn between the 2. After deciding on the vehicle, negotiating was a piece of cake and I got what I realistically expected to from my trade. Addie was called away on a family emergency and Astaria stepped in to finish the deal and delivery of my nw truck without missing so much as a beat. She even delived my tag to my house after I forgot it at the dealer. Between the 2 of them, I received service above and beyond what is generally expected. Overall, my experience was superb, from beginning to end. i would definitely recommend buying a car from Paul, Addie, or Astaria. More

When I went in to purchase my new vehicle she gave the same service and Classic was able to give me the truck and price that Georgia was going to so I was able to stay locally.
