From the moment I stepped out of my old car to the time I got into my new vehicle everyone at Ford of Columbia was friendly and very helpful. They really were. Mr. Peoples went above and beyond in giving me the best customer service I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and he actualy listened to what I was looking for and what I had to spend. He got me into a very nice vehicle and I can't thank him enough. The finance Manager was awesome, I was a little nrevous going into the office to do my paperwork - finance people are not always the friendlist people, but he was actually very funny and he made me feel oquite comfortable during the process. I would highly reccommend Sylvester Peoples as a salesperson for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. My experience with Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia has been extremely frustrating and I am very unhappy with my experience. Despite numerous phone calls to both the salesman and manager I am still waiting been extremely frustrating and I am very unhappy with my experience. Despite numerous phone calls to both the salesman and manager I am still waiting for the dealership to follow through on its promises. For example, I was told that an employee was going to stop by one day and put the emblem on my car and fix my license plate (that was incorrectly put on my car) at purchase. No one ever came by. In addition, I was told by a manager prior to purchasing the vehicle that the car had new tires. After I purchased the car I received a copy of the 60K mile maintenance that was done while the car was still at the dealership and it was noted the car needed new tires - this information was withheld from me. More
