My wife and I were able to look at the car we were interested in without being pressured. We bought two vehicles at Classic Ford. Everyone at Classic made sure that we were confortable and if we needed anything. My company, to say the least, was very hard to work with when developing a leased vehicle. Marino took it in stride and made it work. With the help of Marino and Mr. Doggett, we were able to secure two great Fords. (Escape and Fusion 2011). This is the first time ever that our garage has been feeled with Fords. We have always bought Pontiacs and Buicks. With the current business climate at GM, Ford was a great option vs. GM or offshore counterparts. Being a business traveler, I appreciate the options Marino laid out for us. I needed power, good milage, competitive pricing, and music along with all of the other safety features that the Ford Fusion and Escape have as standard. Upon returning the following day, an acceptable sales price was reached and Raja matched my credit union's low interest rate. I did cancel the Maintenance plans later, as I had decided not to spend the extra money. Even the cancellation was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. We are very happy with Amanda Barneys attitude and experience in regards to the initial buying of the 2010 Flex. She was pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicle. She went out of her way to try to deliver the vehicle when promised. She came down on Christmas weekend on her own off time to try and deliver it. A problem arose with the installation of a roof rack. It took over 2 weeks to get it installed which almost killed the sale. All in all we are satisfied with overall experience and when we get ready to buy the MKZ we will go to Classic Ford and talk to Amanda. We would recommand anyone to Classic Ford and Amanda Barney in particular. More
I found John to be easy-going and not pushy. We new what we wanted and they worked hard to make the deal feasible for us.
