I went to the dealer it took over 5 hours to agree on a price. After I agree with the price I let them know that I wanted to upgrade and get the stock navigation, so they came with a price and told me that price. Next day i went back to finalize the deal and close out on the loan. A day later they call me and told me that they can't order the navigation that is going to be an aftermarket one if I wanted one. I went there and they didn't know what kind and for sure they wouldn't give me the name of the company they were going to use to buy and install the navigation. So I felt like I was getting overcharged and I made my dessicion not get from there. Now I'm waiting for them to cut me a check because the funds are not clear in their account they still show as pending. They told me they were going call me yesterday and they didn'. I have to call them today and they still dont have an answer of when I'm going to get the check. I think this dealer is shaddy and would never recommend it to annyone. My first service is free on them but I'll rather pay at another Ford dealer around the area. More

I started out by just looking on the internet. I looked at just about every dealer out there except the bail out manufactures. I am a FORD man at heart and deep down I wanted to stick with what I know. I loved the F-150 I eventually traded for my new 2011 Explorer (Limited). I have owned three Ford trucks, a 1984 F-100, a 2002 F150 and the 2006 F-150 mentioned above. Great vehicles all! By the luck of the draw, a young sales person named Leah Edwards emailed me back. The next morning my wife and I decided to go look. We checked out Lexus, Toyota, Hyndai and Ford. I wanted a SUV. I really liked the folks at Classic Ford. I had my heart set on the redesigned Explorer. The inventory of Explorers was down to two so that was a bummer until a third one rolled out of dealer prep. It was just what I was looking for. Leah went into action showing me the vehicle from front to back. She also took my wife through the whole process with the My Touch system. The sales staff could not have done more unless they offered to pay for the car. I rolled out in my new EXPLORER and could not be more happy or satisfied. I look forward to a long and good relationship with Classic Ford. I rated the price for my truck good because you always expect more and we expect to pay less...human nature. More

I called Roger Canty late in the afternoon and said I needed to talk about trade-in. I arrived and we walked the lot to look specifically at Connect Transits. He had only one on the lot. However, I was sold on the vehicle before I even saw his one. We then went back to his office talking all the while about other things, not just his sale. I like that about Roger. He takes an interest in the person not just the reason why he's employed by Classic, sale cars. We research Transits he had in-coming and found the one I wanted. Next came the deal. Whew, that man really works hard to meet the buyer on common ground. On May 4th 2011, I met Roger before 5pm. I left there around 11pm. Roger really worked hard to meet my needs. I appreciate that. In my last rating which obviously did not meet this sites criteria, I portrayed Roger work ethic and behaviour is one much like the one heard in the Boy Scout's Oath or promise: On my honor, I will do my best To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law (Classic Ford Guidelines); To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. I was not sure i wanted to trade in my cadillac for a lincoln but it all changed when I set foot at the above mentioned dealership. Yes, I would recommend your dealership to someone else for the simple reason being Mr. Boyles went beyond the call of duty to find me a blue mustang in my price range. He was very knowledgable with facts about the car, and where to find and locate a car to my standards and his attitude was very positive.He did not have a clue to wheather or not I would even like the car since it had to come from another dealership out of florida.Eventhough it came from floridia it was still to my likings.
