We originally purchased a 2011 Explorer Limited from Roger Canty in February 2011. He also always took the time to follow up with us once we finalized the purchase. Once we had the Explorer for a week we began experiencing a lot of problems with the MyTouch system. Jeremy Winters, our service adviser, worked diligently on trying to solve the MyTouch issues we were having. He was wonderful to work with and took the time to explain everything to us. He even kept us updated by email as to what the status was on the updates he was waiting on from Ford. He would always return my phone calls promptly and never discounted any of our concerns. Unfortunately, after four months of not being able to fix the MyTouch system we needed to come up with a solution. We spoke the Paul Canovali about what possible solutions there were for the position we were in. Paul was a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cared about making sure we were completely satisfied with our vehicle and Classic Ford of Columbia. He worked tirelessly to come up with an acceptable solution to our problem. Roger Canty and Paul Canovali worked together to get us out of the Explorer and into an F150. My husband and I have been very pleased with our experience with Classic Ford of Columbia. Everyone was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Roger, Paul, and Jeremy were all wonderful and we will be buying our next vehicle from them. More

I have been looking for months for a new Ford Mustang. I was on the internet looking at Classic Ford's website for new vehicles. JJ contacted me from the dealership and placed Bill in charge of handling my needs to get me into a new vehicle. I can't thank Classic Ford enough for what they did for me. They took there time and paid close attention to my needs and got me in a brand new vehicle that I could afford. I have purchased several cars over the past 30 years and dealing with Don and the folks at Classic Ford in Columbia, SC has been one of my top three experiences. I did not feel as if I were taken advantage dealing with Don and the folks at Classic Ford in Columbia, SC has been one of my top three experiences. I did not feel as if I were taken advantage of and Don was truly interested in my being satisfied. Car dealers have to make money to stay in business and cannot give the cars away but what sets Classic Ford apart is that they deal with you in a very fair and respectful manner. I have no problem with highly recommending Don Chadwick and Classic Ford as a very good place to buy a car. I will go to them for my next car. More

This was the best new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced in 30 years of buying from FORD. Roger Canty is the most pleasant and professional sales person I have ever worked with. Classic was able to find the best loan and an excellent rate to put the icing on the cake. This is a very bad dealership. First off, once the sale is made you will no longer exist. The smiles disappear and you now become a a nuisance to them if you expect to receive the accessories you paid for is made you will no longer exist. The smiles disappear and you now become a a nuisance to them if you expect to receive the accessories you paid for but did not receive yet. Further, phone calls will be ignored and you will have to threaten them with legal action to get them to do the right thing. They installed third part aftermarket DVD headrest that probably cost them $300. They charged me $1800 and absolutely knew I wanted the Ford DVD headrest. It took a lot of effort and 4 drives of 55 minutes each way to finally get what I paid for. Horrible experience overall that made me feel sick ever time I drove my new car because of the drama it has brought me. More
