For the most part I enjoyed the experience of this purchase, however, I do not feel it should take 6 hours to purchase a car. I feel at times I was left sitting to see how much I could be worn down s purchase, however, I do not feel it should take 6 hours to purchase a car. I feel at times I was left sitting to see how much I could be worn down so they could make the sale. I didn't get the car I really wanted, but I did get a nice car. I worked all day then after work stopped by to see Colette and I did not get home until after 10 PM. That is unacceptable and I think you need to figure something out so that your customer doesn't have to waste 6 hours of their time after already working a 9 hour day. More

I went to Classic because of their participation in the USAA program. My salesperson was very personable. He took the time to review the different options and styles of the Mustang I was looking at purch USAA program. My salesperson was very personable. Instead of a quick push to purchase, I got a thourough tour of the car and its features and options. All of the questions I had were answered and the discussion went at my pace, not theirs. The people there were very friendly and honest. They listened to what I wanted. I walked in there just to find out how much my car was worth and walked out with a much nicer vehicle, but I didn't feel listened to what I wanted. No Order Confirmation, No copy of contract or order, No Estimated Date of Arrival, No Updates on order, No Contact with us after Ordering car. We went to Dealership repeatedly to get an order confirmation and updates but all we got was a piece of paper taken out of a different car and we were told "this is what we ordered in a different color and without this extra package!" So actually a different car. Every time we ask to a sales person for updates, they had to check with the sales manager and he could never give us any updates because he did not know and did not know who to ask. Sales Manager did not care and did not make any effort on finding out. The last week before our car finally made it to Ford we wanted to talk directly to the Sales Manager and his basic answer for everything was "I have to ask the GM but he is in a meeting in Detroit!" Might be true but is there no 2nd in command? Seriously? However, he promised to call the GM and call us back WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL! Luckily another sales person took over our case and he seems to be the only one in this Ford Dealership that cares. After months without receiving a single phone call or email from Ford finally someone called to make sure we get our car as soon as it gets to the dealership. Thank you Andrew. More
I had been shopping for an used Ford Expedition and looked at several at dealerships in the area. After much research on the internet, I decided to look at one at Classic Ford of Columbia; a friend re looked at several at dealerships in the area. After much research on the internet, I decided to look at one at Classic Ford of Columbia; a friend recommended Bill Goshorn. Bill was fantastic to work with and was able to give us a great deal with payments that fit our budget. Their financial expert, Addie Mack, worked with the credit union to get us a loan that had a great interst rate. Everyone in the dealership was very social and made us feel at home. The only negative part was the cleaning of the vehicle for delivery. The exterior wash job was rather bad and streaks were obvious. I would recommend Bill Goshorn and Addie Mack at Classic Ford of Columbia to everyone. Patrick Bradshaw UPDATE 11/27/11 On 11/25/11, they finally got my interior light repaired as promised at the time of sale. Also, they did follow-up shortly after the sale and clean the vehicle very well. I also had an issue with a tire that was identified on the date of sale but continued to have issues. THey stood behind their warranty (after some discussions) and replaced the tire at no cost to me. About two weeks ago, my son went to this dealership and purchased a certified pre-own F-150 pick-up truck. This was due to us recommending he go there and see the same salesman, Bill Goshorn. He was treated very well and most things went smoothly. He was promised at the time of sale that they would repair some dents and scratches. He took it back in for them to fix these and there were at least two that they did not fix but just painted. We are waiting to see what they are going to do next. More

He told me the best way to handle it was to come in and actually drive a Taurus or Fusion. He was right. I love my new Fusion. Josh got me the exact color I wanted the very next day. I was very impresseed. He was very sincere, honest, courteous, friendly, and personable. He is young and not a pushy sales person. He made it a hassle free experience. Next he introduced me to the Business Manager. Here's where I really start getting nervous. Mr. Addie Mack, the Business Manager, was very cooperative, friendly, and courteous. He handled all the paperwork very expediently. This definitely was not the first deal handled by him. Yes, I will recommend everyone I come in contact with to go to Classic Ford. I've driven a Ford since our first Mustang in 1966. Thanks for keeping me in the Ford Family and my hassle free experience was definitely appreciated. More

Ford has definitely stepped up to the plate with their new "global models". AND FORD DIDNOT TAKE TAXPAYER BAILOUT/MONEY. This says so much about the integrity of the company. We are trading in a 2008 Edge, which we love, for a 2012 Focus HB SEL. Gas economy was a major factor in our decision. Everyone at Classic Ford made us feel like we are a valued customer, not just a "new sale". We would definitely recommend the Classic Ford dealership, its people, and Ford vehicles. FYI: before the Edge, we had an Escape! And, my first car when I was in my 20's was a Ford 500, GT (I think) with landeau top in Autumn Rust--I think it was 1966 ish????? Whew, dating my self here.
