I showed up around 9:30 to purchase a car a had already test drove and I knew exactly what i wanted. I did not leave with that same car until 4:30! a little ridiculous. The friendliness of my sales person Victor Doizer was GREAT! but i was expecting the process not take so long! also after purchasing the vehicle i had to come back to the dealership twice to sign more papers! Also my insurance company contacted me and said that my car was not covered and the dealership knew that and shood have never let me leave. THANK GOD i was not in an accident. More

I had seen their used car inventory Friday on-line and a 2011 Mazda 3 caught my eye. There was no overpowering pressure from Jay, he was very casual and relaxed with us. After talking and driving a car we went in and looked at the paperwork. The price I received for my trade in was excellent and the whole sales staff was very friendly and honest with us. I truly enjoyed my experience, the only reason I rated overall experience with a 4 is that my car was not clean when I left the dealership, even though Jay sent it to be cleaned. My windows were filthy and the car itself was not clean. I do not hold Jay accountable for that, short of cleaning it himself he truly has not control over those who do that job. Jay did tell me to bring it back to have it cleaned but due to the arrival of a new grandbaby and being out of town I have not had the chance to do that. I would definitely buy from them again, just need to find a place to have the vehicle cleaned.!!! Thanks Jay for everything. I am a very happy Ford owner!! More
