As soon as we drove up to the dealership, we were met by JB Benjamin. He told us where to park and then asked how he could help us. After describing that we needed something affordable and good on gas for driving around town, he took us directly to show us the Focus and Fiesta. These are the cars I had been looking at online, so I new they would be the best ones to meet my business needs. I chose the one I wanted to drive, and JB went with me and my wife while I drove the car. I learned JB is very knowledgeable about both the Focus and Fiesta. He took time to answer all my questions. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and seemed to care that I chose the best car for my daily needs and business. Also, I felt I was given a fair price for my motorcycle which I traded in for a down payment on the Fiesta. I've driven my car for two days now, and I really like it. It's just what I need! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia, and to JB. More

Everything went well with purchase. Was a little dismayed when I got home and found out that the car did not have a spare tire. Tried to call salesman and ask about tire, but had to leave a message and I when I got home and found out that the car did not have a spare tire. i came to the dealership w/an appt to look at a 2003 F-350.Mr.Sout was selected to assist me.He promptly got the keys ,we look the vehicle over and proceeded for the test drive.During the drive he expla F-350.Mr.Sout was selected to assist me.He promptly got the keys ,we look the vehicle over and proceeded for the test drive.During the drive he explained the featuresof the vehicle.He allowed enough driving time to experience highway as well as back roads.upon returning to the dealership Mt Stout ask for my opinion and we proceeded to close the sale.While the process is lengthy,Mr Stout stayed focus and closed the deal.Why,I understand he is faily new,I thought he did a great job. His ability to stay focus and to represent your company in such a high manner is commendable. All members of the Classic Ford team that i met were very customer oriented and,pleasant. We did not stop with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. We just stopped to look at the 2013 Mustangs and drool a little. We have owned 5 Mustangs, one of which was a special order GT. We were immediately approached by the sales person, who had only been with Classic Ford Of Columbia for a week. He was very, very nice. We ended up test driving the car and then purchasing it. It is a wonderful Mustang! We are so excited to have the priviledge of owning and driving a 2013 Mustang. We feel it is the most awesome car on the road and the 2013 is the best of the models we have had. We would also like to say the F&I person was one of the nicest we have ever dealt with in 33 years of purchasing new vehicles. The entire process did not take all day as we would have anticipated it would. Classic Ford of Columbia did what they had to do to put us in the driver's seat of awesome Mustang. They cared and that means a lot today. We just have to add this one thing. Our Mustang projects a light in the shape of the Mustang Pony on the ground when the door is opened after dark. That is one of the coolest things we have every seen! Everyone should drive a Mustang! More
Would you recommend this dealership? Based on the sales experience, yes, but with a caveat or two. I have bought several automobiles using the dealer's internet sales department and this was definitely not experience, yes, but with a caveat or two. I have bought several automobiles using the dealer's internet sales department and this was definitely not an internet sales experience. The internet sales person quoted me a reasonable price. I had an appointment Friday evening to see the internet sales associate. Something came up and I had to cancel. I called on Saturday morning to the dealership and was informed that it didn't matter if the internet sales rep was on site or not; that an on-the-lot rep would take over. I showed up around 1:00 pm and asked to look at the vehicle that I had an internet price quote on. Test drove the vehicle and was ready to trade my vehicle in and make the purchase. From that point until 4 hours later, I allowed myself to be drawn into a typical, high-pressure, high overhead, car sales experience. My own fault for not being more assertive. What was less than satisfactory about the experience?: 1) I got a lower price on my trade than 3 separate internet sources quoted using a very conservative condition basis; 2) Would like to have had the option to waive the Millenium interior insurance policy (came up very late in the negotiation and no option to waive the cost); and 3) $295 closing cost (never heard of a closing cost on a car sale). What went well? Very friendly and courteous staff. Andrew Moore is a hard working and knowledgeable salesman. A follow-up phone call with the Sales Mgr. and service department regarding the details of my negotiated tow-package installation (future work) got me exactly the information I was looking for and satisfied me that I had not over-paid for the option. When it was all said and done, I got a great truck at a reasonably fair price (other than the 2 previously mentioned add-ons). More
our overall experience with Classic Ford was very pleasant.We were treated with respect and made to feel like our business was important to them.Because I have a hard time walking any great length, t pleasant.We were treated with respect and made to feel like our business was important to them.Because I have a hard time walking any great length, the sales team was kind enough to direct us to the closet parking space for easy access to the office.The sales manager even came out to the car to greet us as Jennifer had informed him of my problem with walking.Josh was especially patient with us. The entire team worked really hard to get us the vehicle that we really wanted at the price we could afford. We can't say anything negative about our experience. We arrived to continue the process of evaluating cars for my first car purchase. I had an interest in Camaro and Mustang and was going to try driving a Challenger as well. Daryl Stout our salesman was very much into Mustangs and was a storehouse of information. We discussed many features of the available mustangs and the quality of Ford products and he owned a mustang as well. We even discussed the quality and corporate positives over the last few years, Ford has done very well and proven to be a solid company. We test drove very nice White premium package Mustang with all the SYNC features and a V6 engine. After driving it I was really impressed, I found that the driver visability aand comfort were and features were just to my liking. My parents worked with Viet Lu to determine the affordability and between Daryl and Viet we were able to get a great deal. 0.0% financing and good payment terms. I left with a great new car and a full tank of gas and my parents left with good feeling of price, safety and good gas milage; as well as a happy daughter in a good looking car. More
