When I drove off the lot in my new Fusion, I was very happy and very satisfied with my decission. That was made with the help of Andrew. More
Had a great experience. Nancy saw me looking on the lot and walked out to help me. I told her what I wanted, we looked and I chose three trucks to drive. First off, I have not purchased or leased a new automobile which is a big piece of why my rating is so low. I have given a deposit of $500 several days ago under the assumption that the car would b automobile which is a big piece of why my rating is so low. I have given a deposit of $500 several days ago under the assumption that the car would be ready that day or at worst the following. 4 days later I have yet to recieve the vehicle as promised. I emailed the individual I had been working with for an update yesterday and recieved an apologetic phone call yesterday afternoon. On that call we clarified my criteria which supposedly would expedite the process. I was assured of an update today and though I have emailed 3 times, I have recieved not a returned phone call or email as of 9:39pm. (Needless to say, the email that contained the link to this survey was a bit odd considering I haven't done business with Classic Ford of Columbia other than I have given them $500 of my money and recieved neither a good nor a service in exchange for that money.) I am in sales, I have been in sales for the last 12 years and I can honestly say that if I conducted my business in this manner, I would have had to find a new career long ago not to mention that in my line of work, taking a customers money and providing nothing in return within the time frame commmitted to is criminal. This has baffled me to no end that I walked in the doors of the dealership having already sold myself on the vehicle, laid not one but TWO sales at the feet of the sales team who "assisted me" and they somehow found a way to lose my business. Classic Ford of Columbia was assured of two of the easiest sales ever and all the team over there had to do was literally facilitate and that was apparently too much to ask. I will go buy two cars from another dealership and will certainly be quick to give my opinion of Classic Ford of Columbia if ever given the opportunity. More
