I visited many different car dealerships while on my quest for a new vehicle. Midas did a fantastic job of matching my tastes with a car that I was not even thinking about. I truly appreciated the patience and low key sales tactics of the entire staff. I passed up on a different deal because of the high pressure atmosphere at a competitive dealership. The price was fair, but the adder on for the clear coat and the $399 processing fee was a surprise. it added about 16% ($1000 to the original $6,000 price. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, even though I was upset with a mechanical problem that showed up immediately after the car had been detailed. We made a deal to stay over Monday (bought car Saturday afternoon) to give them time to solve the mechanical problem, if they paid for motel room. Whoever wrote the check paid only for the room, not the pet fee that we paid for the extra night. I figured they did not have a pet, or had never had children. We did not throw the dog out. I would recommend the dealership. Especially because Rico made us feel very comfortable, like a home town dealer, not a system selling dealership. More
I purchased a car and the said it would be there in a few days at the latest. That day came and went with no word about the car. I have called several times for the sales person and the general manager neith days at the latest. That day came and went with no word about the car. I have called several times for the sales person and the general manager neither one will return my phone calls. They didn't really work with me on the price and what they lowered it they ended up charging 500 dollars for a special treatment. I told them I didn't want it and they said I didn't have an option. I still don't have the car a week later and they are sending me thank you letters for purchasing a car I don't have. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone More
I just got my car from this dealership on Wednesday and I am very much impressed! Roger Canty was willing to work me to ensure that I received a car that was in my price range but also something that was a h am very much impressed! My credit was not the best but they still worked with me and I am greatly appreciative. The only thing that I would have changed is the wait but the wait was well worth the reward at the end. The price of the car was wonderful, however they did not include all of the pricing on the website and it was misleading. Fourtnately for us, the car was perfect for what we were looking for so it was hard include all of the pricing on the website and it was misleading. Through talks back and forth on the internet we should have been told there was another $1200.00 added to the price that was found on-line. Other dealership have included this in the past for us. When I see the price on the internet I want that to be the price I pay, not have 1200.00 more dollars added to it. More
Traded in my boat and truck to consolidate and lower luxury tax rates, etc on boat. We made a good deal however I have buyers remorse as I feel I should have gotten more on my tade ins. We were not able to lower my combined monthly payments as desired instead I actually increased by $30. Customer service etc was excellent. Very professional, again however i feel the dealership made out overall on the car sales and the backside sales of my truck and boat they definitely received the better end of the deal. More
