Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Would give them no stars if that was an option. Had my vehicle 13 days and didn’t even look at it. On day 7 I had to call them. They told me that there were 7 vehicles in front of mine and it would take an additional 3-4 days for someone to look at it. After 6 days of waiting for them to call me I called to check on the status. Again they told me that 7-8 cars were in front of mine. At that point I went to get my vehicle back. Will take somewhere else. If you read this and still attempt going there you deserve what you get. More

The Service Consultant (Ryan Davis) was helpful and followed up with what was promised. It appears the dealership needs to add service department staffing as it took 2 weeks to get an appointment and a followed up with what was promised. It appears the dealership needs to add service department staffing as it took 2 weeks to get an appointment and another 5 working days for a technician to look at my truck. Ryan did what he could to expedite the process. Hopefully the repair work on my 2018 F150 corrects the mechanical issues. Time will tell since I just got it back today. More

Service is average; they completed the work in the allotted time. I was given the opportunity to choose what I was told was a free drink, dessert , or main dish as a holiday gift to customers. The printed paper I chose was for a drink - not a free drink, a free drink recipe. Really?? No offense but I wouldn’t bother. Just a note: a previous Lincoln dealership that I used had so much more to offer. More
I have been using this dealership since 2004. They are always very accommodating and friendly. They deliver what they promise. The service advisor, Shannon Chittester and cashier were super. Out of town purchases can be problematic but Thomas ensured that all arrangements were made; vehicle was staged, administrative processes were set and that we concluded our business in the planned time.
