Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia

I decided to purchase a new ford truck because I've had excellent service from Ford trucks over the years. I met my sales associate ( Andrew Moore ) on Monday and as I looked over various trucks I was had excellent service from Ford trucks over the years. I met my sales associate ( Andrew Moore ) on Monday and as I looked over various trucks I was impressed wth his knowledge of his product. I have been to other Ford dealerships but no one has impressed me like Mr Moore. I told him up front to answer my questions and not to pressure me and if he did those two items, I would more than likely purchase my new truck from that dealership, and use only him as a contact. He did exactly as I asked. No pressure, just truthful answers to questions I had. The rest is history. I am very proud of the new Ford F-150 sitting in my driveway. I can't say enough good things about Andrew Moore. He is honest, caring, and has a ood sense of humor. I will be back whenever I need a new or used ( I know you like to use the term "pre-owned" , but it is used LOL ) truck. Thank you for the good service and great attitude!! John C Cockram Jr More

This was my first car buying experience, and I have to say that I don't think it could have gone any better. I started working with Mr. Jenkins via phone throughout the day and I felt confident enough to say that I don't think it could have gone any better. He helped me understand all of the terms of the purchase and was pleasant to negotiate price with. I felt that Mr. Jenkins, along with the rest of the employees I interacted with, were very knowledgeable about the car buying process and their products, which made my experience very pleasant. It was nice to see all of the employees working together to make sure that the customers were satisfied with their experience. Mr. Hicks took the time to show me all of the different features that came with the truck that I bought, and he was very enthusiastic the whole time. Mr. Humphrey was very pleasant to work with through the financial process and I was very pleased with the fact that he explained every detail to me and sincerely wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting. I did all of the price negotiating for the truck online, so it went very smooth from that perspective. We did disagree on what my trade in was worth, but we resolved that as well. Overall the experience was good, but it did take close to five hours start to finish, which seemed a bit much. Other than the trade and time, I have no complaints. My experience at Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia was wonderful. I was looking for an automatic car that did not have power locks and windows because the last car I drove literally locked me inside and I wonderful. I was looking for an automatic car that did not have power locks and windows because the last car I drove literally locked me inside and I had to get somebody to get me out. I looked at several dealerships and many of them tried to say that they weren't making those types of vehicles anymore or they disregarded my feelings and tried to sell me a car with power locks and windows anyway. Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia on the other hand really listened to me and they worked with me to find a car that was comfortable, safe, and reliable for me. I also appreciated the fact that they worked very hard to get my monthly payments down to a number that I can feel good about and that I was able to buy my first car without having a co-signer. At the end of the day, I would (and will) highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family, co-workers, and anybody I come across that is looking for a car because they won't hassle you, they are not trying to entice you to come in with deals that sound unbelievable, and they really do their best to make sure you find the vehicle you really feel comfortable with.
