We had some issues getting the vehicle that we (Church) wanted to purchase within our budget. The dealership stayed in constant communication with us and we were able to work out a great deal. We contacted many dealerships and none was as hospitable as Classic Ford of Columbia. More
Went in to purchase a truck. Listen to them add all these extra fees and after doing research and finding a good value to negotiate the sales rep didn't try. Just told me they sold the truck. They tried over charging for title and registration. Way high on doc fees almost 500$ when most are between 150 -290$ and then wanted a to add a 600$ millennium package that is just a ploy to get more money out of you. Do not waste your time shop around there are better dealerships that will work with you. Classic ford you have lost your touch. My family bought plenty of cars from you but no longer. More
I leased a car in April 2013, Nicole Rountree was the sales associate who helped me with my purchase. She and her manager informed me that my lease was 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever one I came to sales associate who helped me with my purchase. They told me and my father that once I had reached either or I could turn the car back in and proceed from there. I am 4,000 miles away from my mileage and called to verify the process of dropping off my car. I spoke with Hope in leasing who informed me that I would have to pay the last year of my lease if I returned the car before it was up. I set an appointment to come in with her and discuss some options. When I got to Classic Ford I was told that Hope handles online sales and a salesman approached me to see what I was interested in. When I told him I was there about my lease he got his manager. His manager informed me that I would have to pay the amount to end the lease, without any payment options, I can get another lease however my monthly payments would definitely increase or I could keep the car and drive it until the end of the lease and pay for the extra mileage ($0.25/mile) which by next year would increase to $6,000. No apology was offered for the the misinformation given by their previous coworkers, I was not given the courtesy of seeing how my situation would play out when entering my information or given the courtesy of speaking with the person I booked my appointment with. Classic Ford will never see me in their dealership again. More

Price of the vehicle purchased was acceptable. Other than the $300.00 tax, we were not expecting any additional charges. That was a shock and very disappointing. We had asked for an out the door price than the $300.00 tax, we were not expecting any additional charges. That was a shock and very disappointing. We had asked for an out the door price when negotiating. Without a written price quote, we could not validate our claim. Also the amount of time for paperwork to be process was excessive. I would suggest to anyone shopping to get all quotes in writing. More
