I came into Classic Ford with very low expectations on being able to leave there with a vehicle I would be happy with because of an experience I had the day before with another dealership. The customer service that I received at Classic Lincoln of Columbia was bar none. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout my entire process. My mother had to have food to take her medication and he offered her pizza that was purchased for the employees so that she was able to keep her schedule. They take an active interest in the satisfaction of the customer and dot every "I" and cross every "t". It is refreshing to not just be a number or to have salesmen chasing you around a car lot for a sale. More
