Dishonest Advertising and Management I had been watching a used car online for a week. After inquiring about the price listed at $9,521, I was quoted $11,369. I asked why and was informed I had been watching a used car online for a week. After inquiring about the price listed at $9,521, I was quoted $11,369. I asked why and was informed there was an additional $599 docking fee and $599 for the special undercoating... LOL. This is illegal by SC's auto advertising laws. I then contacted one of the general managers and voiced my complaints and the SCADA guidelines regarding price and the inconsistency and he quoted me $10,770 which is the correct price if you include tax and title fees. He did not respond further. After reading other reviews this seems to be common practice for this dealership. Do your home work and do not get scammed by them!! More

My Experience Just want to write about my experience. This summer traveling to the beach the check engine light came on in my new Ford vehicle. Drove to Classic For Just want to write about my experience. This summer traveling to the beach the check engine light came on in my new Ford vehicle. Drove to Classic Ford and approached Dean Ray about checking it out. There are four guys standing behind computers and not another customer in sight. He explained they just "had too much to do" and could not provide any help. I explained I just need to know that nothing serious is wrong and ask for the service manager. Dean walks into the service bay and makes a phone call then allows me to see Andy Wilson the service manager while he stands behind me the whole time. Andy Wilson gives me the same "we are just too busy" while I am standing in his office looking at at these three guys (Dean is standing behind me) sitting behind computers. So I have to drive to Dick Smith Ford and explained my situation to Rick Wheeler a service lane supervisor. He immediately left his computer and came back with a code reader. Plugged into my vehicle and explain he was getting "several misfires" as the reason for the light. Explained it could be bad gas, gas cap not on tight, or could me much more serious and asked if I would like the light turned off. He turned off the light, I drove to a nearby gas station filled the tank and have not seen the light since and have driven many miles since. IMHO Classic Ford does not do customer service well and Dick Smith Ford is where you should do business. More

Liars and Con Artists! These people are your stereotypical used car salesmen! They promised me a payment amount. Then I signed over my car. Then everything changed after they already had my car! Payment went up, terms changed, and number of payments changed! They even told me that I needed gap insurance and an extended warranty at a cost of $3500.00 or I could not obtain my loan. So I signed. When I called the finance company the next morning, I found out it was all fabricated lies! I cancelled all the insurances and neither me of the finance company can get them to send back the money. They will not take my calls nor the finance companies calls!!!! Thieves!! DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC FORD OF COLUMBIA!! DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC FORD OF COLUMBIA!! DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC FORD OF COLUMBIA!! More

I wanted a specific make and model with specific parameters (not over a certain amount of miles, and color) and Justin Justin Borriello is excellent! If I have questions Justin answers them promptly, even if he isn't working. He is all around excellent, and I will continue to bring my service to Justin and Classic Ford! More
Doesnt hold up to promises So after getting my transmission rebuilt for their service station($2200), a week later I received an unsolicited phone call from Justin one of their So after getting my transmission rebuilt for their service station($2200), a week later I received an unsolicited phone call from Justin one of their sales reps saying that they were looking for used cars just like mine and he would like for me to come in and look at the cars they had that he was sure he would be able to get me into a newer model with a lower payment, upon arrival I spoke with him and told him I was not wanting to waste my time or his but he assured me he wasn't and made a deal with me that if I left unhappy and they were not able to keep their promise of getting me into a newer car at a lower payment then they would give me a tank of gas, well after everything was said and done they were not able to hold up to their promise so Justin's GM Kevin came out and spoke with me briefly I said something about the gas and he said he would stand behind what his salesman said, Kevin and Justin then left and me and Justin headed to the gas station where he only put $15 in my tank and when I said well that's not what we agreed to, he said sorry but Kevin said that was all he could do. Not happy at all with the service I got, this is where I always take my car to get serviced but I guess now I got to find somewhere else, if your trying to buy a car go to Enterprise across the street from them they are awesome and they don't make promises then not hold up to them. More
