Service adviser choice was not offered on line. after I finished the on line process, It Stated, they would *send a follow up confirmation E mail about the service request *. I Never received another E mail until this one that I am responding to today. I did receive a phone message about changing the appointment to call the dealership AND they stated Classic HWY 6 ?? thought I have booked the wrong location. I drove in the day before and spoke to a service advisor that I worked with previously. He confirmed my appointment was for 59 & 90 location. Dropped off at appointed time. I returned that afternoon to follow up on progress. Service would be needing the truck overnight.to complete requested work. I received a phone call next day mid- morning to say the truck was ready. I pick it up and paid about an hour before closing time. my Paperwork had some discrepancies so I return Monday afternoon to let the advisor know. It was a different experience that previous service visits. Thank you. More

I take my truck everytime it's time for an oil change that I pay 100 for. My truck started having issues come to find out it had no anti freeze , my truck had just been serviced 3 days before! Why didn' that I pay 100 for. My truck started having issues come to find out it had no anti freeze , my truck had just been serviced 3 days before! Why didn't they say anything about it so I could take care of it even if i had to pay extra!? That would have been a disaster for me! we worked with Alfred and we were almost sold a car that was not what we wanted. I asked for a black Tahoe and was told that they did not have any four-wheel-drive because I was alone without my husband the was not what we wanted. I asked for a black Tahoe and was told that they did not have any four-wheel-drive because I was alone without my husband there we have now had endless issues with our truck that we bought there the service department has not been helpful. Alfred refuses to text back about buying another truck to replace the truck that the service department caused more issues with overall I would never buy another vehicle or use their service department again.
