Classic Elite Chevrolet Sugar Land responded

This is a response to a rating by lenfisher12. Classic Chevrolet responded to Ms Fisher's concern immediately after it was made aware to management. We acknoledged and apologized that one of our salesman gave her wrong information as to how the Chevrolet Roadside Assistance Program worked. One of our employees misspoke and told Ms Fisher that the Chevrolet Roadside Assistance would bring her a key if they lost one. This is wrong, they will unlock a door but they do not bring a key. After we were informed that she lost a key we called her apologized and sent her a key to her house via mail. We spoke with her and her boyfriend at great length apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to help. Classic Chevrolet did make her a new key and sent it to her house. At this time she informed us that this action would not satisfy her. The dealership asked Ms Fisher what we could do to make her happy and she informed us that nothing we did would make her satisfied. We feel that we tried to resolve the issue as soon as we were aware that we had an upset customer. We acknowledged and accepted that fact that we made a mistake and we reached out to the customer to ask what could be done to satisfy them.
