Honestly not a great experience. My salesman got let go shortly after my transaction but I don't think he was solely the issue. First I went to the dealership because I confirmed v My salesman got let go shortly after my transaction but I don't think he was solely the issue. First I went to the dealership because I confirmed via phone that the vehicle I wanted was there, when I got there 30 mins later the vehicle supposedly had just been purchased. I wanted specifically a Midnight Edition 2024 Chevy Traverse LS, when I tried to leave because I found one at another Chevy dealership the salesman promised me the installation of the midnight package at a later date and agreed upon price match of the other dealership. We were near closing time so he asked if I could put down a $500 hold that would be refunded to me the next day upon purchase. I came back the next day completed the purchase. Followed up with my finance person multiple times only for him to keep saying I'll get back to you but never getting back to me on the refund of the hold payment. I find out later from the account rep that it was just applied to the car purchase but not as a down payment. Not what I asked for nor what I wanted. That could have went toward my first month payment which was 15 days earlier than I was advised it would be, but whatever. The real kicker was I kept asking when my midnight package would be installed and for 2 months I was given the runaround until one day I went up to the dealership because my panel went dark and asked to talk to a manager. Then was told that the salesman never put in any request for my midnight package before he was let go and questioned me about validity. Luckily, the finance manager who closed my deal vouched that was in fact what I was promised. A salesman named Stephen took charge of the situation and said that he would ensure midnight package parts were ordered and installed. I have had to call and text for 3.5 wks to get movement on this and given short answers and no clear direction. We chose drop off date of 9/19 I took the car in and after I was given Silverado for loaner and told they were unsure of how long the install of the midnight package would take opted to change drop off date to 9/23 because I needed my 3 row truck that weekend. Anywho on 9/23 I was asked to change to 9/24, on 9/24 I couldn't get in touch with salesman. On 9/25 I scheduled my first service appt and while picking up ran into Finance mgr who told me he'd take care of it and to bring it over. I dropped off on 9/25, which had me sitting in the lobby for 2+hrs which has happened every single time I've walked in there. To say the least, I am so worried about when I'll get my car back because I still was given an unsure response about how long the midnight installation would take. The tag printout on my loaner has expired so I text the salesman to ask if I needed to come in for another or if my car would be ready soon. He responded asking who gave me the loaner I responded with my answer and haven't heard from him since. This is the typical communication I have received from multiple people who work at this dealership, always short responses and confusing non-resolution. I feel that I had been extremely nice and pleasant and I understand being busy but this service has been sub-par at best. I'm just disappointed and a bit regretful for giving this dealer the business when I could have supported more professional and personable dealership More
