Big John was great! The manager who was approving our negotiations was not knowledgeable. The service work was even worse and unprofessional. We paid a premium to have all modifications handled on house in one trip. We’re on trip #3 and the horn was damaged and the wiring is problematic. They couldn’t even remember to install the plates while the truck was at the dealership for almost a month. We’re still waiting to hear back from a manager based on the WORST car buying experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. More

bought a 2020 Tahoe battery lasted 2 years. replaced under 36000 warranty. battery went out again 2 years 2 months later. had to buy new battery. the battery they use at elite Chevrolet sugar l replaced under 36000 warranty. battery went out again 2 years 2 months later. had to buy new battery. the battery they use at elite Chevrolet sugar land are supposed to last 3.5 years 42 months. quality of battery not good. the service and people were excellent but parts are terrible.
